PaceBar shows Offline
Choose Connect Codex, complete the browser sign-in, then return to PaceBar and refresh.
Usage looks outdated
Choose Refresh. PaceBar deliberately limits automatic updates to avoid unnecessary requests.
No menu bar item
Quit and reopen PaceBar. Check macOS menu bar settings if the area is crowded.
Unexpected projection
The projection follows your current pace and becomes more accurate as the weekly window progresses.

- An active Codex account
- Internet access for authentication and usage refreshes
